Although it is the supplement of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, but it faced more difficulty during the early stages of planning and import implementation. Therefore, the first discussion of this study is about the improvement of safety and hygiene requirements of the iatf16949 system and constructs a continual improvement framework of PDCA+F based on the PDCA management cycle. Secondly, taking a powder coating professional processing factory verified by IATF 16949 as an example, an empirical study on the continual improvement of the on-site working environment safety and health. During the research, F(Follow) was used as the tracking point for PDCA to improve the cycle operation. In addition to being able to effectively implement the PDCA work items. It is better to let the hidden problems emerge through the tracking of points, lines, and surfaces. Then we can immediately eliminate the problems to implement the requirements.
