Additionally, develop plate is very risky, and operators would lose lots of money if they fail. Therefore, this study aims to understand what kind of factors operators should put them in a high priority provided, that they want to develop a new style of cabinet plate successfully. This study interviewed 3 experts in related fields in order to discover which factors they care about the most. Subsequently, I summarized the fundamental factors affecting the application of cabinet plate, which constructed by three dimensions - “supply of cabinet plate”, “assembly and proceesing of cabinet plate” and “marketing service of cabinet plate ”.Afterwards, I took two-stage Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to suvey the experts’ opinion and made sure that the reliability of the questionnaire exists, and used their consensus values of each evaluation factor to adjust the questionnaire. Subsequently, I took advantage of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to surveyed 30 interviewers working in this field, and classified them into 5 groups - suppliers, processing manufacturers, senior sellers, architects and interior designers. I calculated each layer’s C.R. value to make sure below 0.1, and then, I got overall weighted values, groups’ weighted values. Based on the whole sample’s overall weighted values, I found that the rankings of 12 evaluation key items are “supply chain management of cabinet plate”, “quality of cabinet plate”, “performance of cabinet plate”, “quality of construction”, “professionalism”, “structural hardware”, “technique of processing”, “advantage of product”, “preference of consumer”, “correspond to design requirement”, “functional flexibility” and “marketing” by order. The result showed that the interviewers regarded that plate development is the most important dimension, followed by the assembly and processing of cabinet plate and marketing service of cabinet plate. Generally speaking, the result also revealed that interviewers care about supply chain management of cabinet plate , quality of cabinet plate , performance of cabinet plate , quality of construction and professionalism the most, but they pay less attention on the marketing evaluations. Besides, Cabinet plate developers can change their strategy to meet different customers’ needs to increase the probability of developing cabinet plate successfully.
