碩士 === 中央警察大學 === 警察政策研究所 === 106 === The theme of this article is warrantless search, centered on street police activities, beginning with the theory of search, discussing the definition and nature of search, and introducing search followed by the basic principles of prosecutors' order, writs, and motivation. Then explain the status of street search practices and the characteristics of street search and introduce police search practices in the streets to making a preliminary understanding of the current status of police searches on the streets. Finally, we conclude that there are warrantless search behaviors in the streets and provide recommendations for this study. This will enable the enforcement of police officers to follow the law in street search, break the predicament of police officers warrantless search, implement the procedural justice of the entire police street search process, and balance between the maintenance of security and the protection of human rights.
