We have discussed the historical evolution, police responsibilities, the relationship between the central and local organizations of police, the appointment, removal, and education of police officers. Finally, the relevant provisions of the police law provide recommendations to our country. The main contents of each chapter are as follows: Chapter I Introduction In addition to the institutional problems of our country, it specifically introduces the proper terminology of Japanese police law, such as responsibilities and local police officials, and analyzes basic documents related to police law in our country, and conducts research on literature and discusses the scope of this paper. The organic act (mainly Japanese police law) does not include research on the behavior act (such as The Police Duties Execution Act, etc.). Regarding the historical evolution of Japanese Police Law revisionism, a brief introduction of the knowledge outlined in the section is taken. Chapter II The Responsibilities of the Police This chapter provides an in-depth analysis of the Japanese police's Responsibilities. The former president of the Police University, Masahiro Tamura, is based on the explanations to clarify its meaning and characteristics. Chapter III Relationship between the Central and Local Police Organizations First, we introduce the Japanese Central Police Organization, which includes the National Public Safety Commission and the National Police Agency. It also introduces local police organizations, including Public Safety Commissions of Japanese Prefectures and Public Safety Commissions of Japanese counties. It also describes the features of the prefectural police's jurisdiction and responsibility. Observe the trade-offs between the corresponding wide area and both national and local character affairs. In the end, it explains the relationship between the central and local organizations also discusses the intervention system from the perspectives of the Constitution, the Local Autonomy Law, and Japanese Police Law. Chapter IV The Adoption, Appointment, and Upbringing of Police Officers The first section, we discuss the adoption of police officers. It is divided into the adoption of the National Police Officer and the adoption of local police officers to outline relevant examination qualifications, examination subjects, examination methods, and occupational groups. The second section analyzes the appointment and dismissal of police officers and distinguishes between the appointment and removal of the national police officer and the local police officers due to the difference in the applicable legal system. The special case in which the specific local police officer applies the National Public Service Act is also discussed in detail. In the third section, the police officer's upbringing is based on the analysis of different types of parenting styles, including the simple training in each police school, the distinction between the adoption of the first training, and the purpose of the training after the service is a promotion. Vocational education and special guarding royal palaces and royal police of the royal family are subject to professional education such as tea ceremony and ceremonial training; there are also fieldwork education for internships at the units and other education that cannot be carried out in the training and training of police stations. Chapter V Conclusions and Recommendations The conclusions of the first section correspond to the system of this paper, including the introduction of the Japanese police law, the revision of police tasks, the reform of the police officer's upbringing system, the review of the problems of Japanese police law so far, and their reforms, such as the public security measures action plan, etc. Finally, we discuss the shortcomings of this paper. The second section proposes some amendments to the construction of the organic act of our country; the task specification to increase the police investigation procedures, add the protection of private rights in police response, and additional amendments to the Japanese secondment system; and the allocation of funds, personnel and public security in the distribution of central and local affairs, and the introduction of the committee system put forward suggestions. Recently, the Justices of the Constitutional Court explained the No.760 as the axis and put forward a comprehensive explanation and appeal for the system of examination and approval of upbringing of police officers system in our country.
