Description
Summary:碩士 === 中山醫學大學 === 醫療產業科技管理學系碩士班 === 106 === The purpose of this study was explored the influence of the personality of social entrepreneurs to their social entrepreneurship. This study was conducted from March, 22, 2017 to October, 2, 2017. Based on qualitative research, the author used depth-interview methodology, identifying the personality of social entrepreneurs. The interviewees included managers from nursing home, social workers, or principals. The study recorded at the same time when interviewing. The survey concluded: First, whether it is the process of setting up an organization or serving consumers, enthusiasm, love, patience, and autonomy are mainly the personality traits that social entrepreneurs should possess. Second, in the process of creating an organization, besides love and enthusiasm, it is also indispensable for the founder to understand the development missions of the organization, and to have the ability to resist pressure, handle documents, draw up service plans, and write marketing plans. Third, no matter what kind of social enterprise, the lack of funds is almost a dilemma that every social enterprise will face. And the last, the value created by the elderly care institutions for the people is mainly the meaning of life and recreating their self-worth; the value created by the non-elderly care institutions is mainly to enhance the quality of life of residents and their families.
