碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 化妝品與時尚彩妝研究所 === 106 === 　　This study has been shown by applying plant essential oil on human body using MEAD(Skin Response Measurement Device)to measure dysmenorrhea. After evaluate using 5% of Matricaria Chamomila on low abdomen and back to observe if the pain relived immediately. This study majority focus on teenage girls to compare before and after the pain level,there are 43 cases,by applying Matricaria Chamomila once every month for 9 months to evaluate and exploring the result from McGill pain scale. Using SPSS 22 to compare two groups differencec and correlations' evaluations. 　　The result has shown there are difference after applying 5% of Matricaria Chamomila compare using MEAD on Upper meridian before and after average(P<0.05)and the McGill pain scale(P<0.05)has huge significant effect. Therefore,the result of study to apply 5% of Matricaria Chamomila has been reduce the pain of test subject that improvement to assist record and tested. In the future. people esperiment bases on this report to discover by breathing or applying Matricaria Chamomila for other symptoms.
