Study on mobile devices has had a considerable impact on the security of the military.
For a long time, the Army has faced the four problems of controling mobile devices usuage:
the lack of accurate use of resources, the lack of overall mobile device protection concept,
and the unclear division of specialized units, the members of the organization are unclear
about their responsibilities. This study applies the Structure-Behavior Coalescence
Methodology to develope an Architecture-Oriented Smart Phone Control Model and then
integrate the organizational structure of participating management units with effective
management behaviors in a visualized manner, enabling managers, implementers, and all
participating units to effectively communicate and address the military's control of mobile
devices. The model can help to understand the importance of the military information
department for the protection of the capital security of the army's barrack, the organization
needs to invest sufficient human resources, material resources, financial resources and other
resource structures to implement the smart phone information security management and
control process, to achieve effective use of management resources, establish a mobile device
management concept, strengthen powers and responsibilities and security awareness. This
architecure-oriented smart phone information security management model of this study can
help managers or executives to do what the smart phone controls should do, and how to do
smart phone information security control, after logical verification the model and enterprise
interview results to provide the purpose of effectively improving control of the military's
mobile devices.
