The “SH150 Project” promoted by the Department of Education of the Ministry of Education in Taiwan were included skipping ropes as one of the items recommended for student sports. The period of adolescence is to seek, and questing for self-identity affect the adolescent's perception, evaluation and evaluation of the whole. Purpose: To study the Effect of Double Unders on Body Image and Emotional Intelligence in Junior High School Students. METHODS: The data was collected by union member while 200 participants selected by purposive sampling, 187 effective questionnaires were collected, reaching to the rate of 93.50%. The SPSS for Windows 22.0 statistics software package was used to analyze the data. The collected data were analyzed by frequency, t-test (independent), and one-way ANOVA (independent). RESULTS: 1. Body image: The male group was significantly better than the female group (p=.033). The number of successes for two rounds of 15-20 (p=.010) and 21 or more group (p=.022) scores were significantly better than 1-5 group. Scores of more than 21 successes (p=.022) were significantly better than 6-10. CONCLUSION: 1. There is a significant increase in the perception of body images in Double Unders by junior high school students. 2. There is no promotion effect on the cognitive of emotional intelligence of junior high school students involved by Double Unders. 顏克典 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW
