The ModBus, RS-485 protocols and the MAX485 interface, had developed to collect the data, which uploaded and showed in phpMyAdmin web to realize real-time web display by way of wifi. the monitoring system can be used for real-time monitoring, and can also collect large data, in order to facilitate the follow-up of various analysis, reduce the needs of human detection, abnormal equipment can also make corresponding warning returns, and then optimize the monitoring program, so that the accuracy and efficiency of the overall monitoring system can be improved.
