This study focuses on the business performance of large-scale construction plants in the construction industry. This study is based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), to explore: First, what are the key success factors that affect performance at the large-scale construction plants? Second, what are relative percentages of the key success factors to affect business performance? The results obtained, the key successful “facet” factors affecting the operation of large-scale integrated construction industries are ranked according to the importance of facets:(1) Business Development Capability (36.48%);(2) Project Management Capability (31.79%);(3) Financial Management Capability (15.13%);(4)Well organizational system (11.27%);(5 ) R&D and information capability (5.34%). Total value of the two major aspects of “business development capability” and “project management capability” is 68.27%, it appears a certain important proportion in the key successful factors affecting the operating performance of the integrated construction industry. Being a business decision maker, it’s the first priority to be concerned. It is hoped that the results of this study will assist the integrated construction industry in the business process by including relevant factors as a reference basis, thereby achieving the company''s most ideal success model, continuing to maintain a competitive advantage and creating the highest profit for the company.
