Dahi , one of the Taoyuan communities is located next to the Taoyuan International Airport, with many restrictions and environmental hazards. In this area, the development of the industry is limited and the population is sparse. Moreover, the lack of education resource is caused from limitation of its economic development. In other words, Chen Kang elementary school is a typical case, which may reflect the M-type social change that shown not only the different level status among Taiwanese families but also the imbalance between urban and rural education. Therefore, most students in Chen Kang elementary school are minority students. They lack education resources and cultural stimuli. The relationship between them is different from the general school by giving educational functions, nevertheless, it plays many roles such as the bridge of communication among residents, the community assistant, and dream driver. In order to prove the effectiveness of these interventions, this study conducts a case study through collect the qualitative data to analyze the changing relationship between Dahai community and Chen Kang elementary school.
