However, as far as female designers are concerned, the interior design industry is an easily overlooked position. This study hopes to explore the advantages of female designers in the Competition ness of the residential interior design industry from the perspective of the workplace, and illustrates their professional competence and design ingenuity in the residential interior design industry, in order to increase public awareness of female designers. With attention. This dissertation uses interviews, literature, and data analysis methods from the "Present Situation of Women Designers in the Workplace", "Professional Performance of Women Designers", "Practical Differences between Gender Designers" and "Advantages of Women Designers". Content-oriented content for discussion and analysis. The results of the study show that (1) the performance of female designers in the workplace has gradually been affirmed. The inherent flexibility, femininity, and patience of the feminine designer''s inherent qualities make it easier to establish good interaction with the male designer. (2) Female designers are more sensitive to the details of daily life and are more likely to make empathetic decisions based on the needs of their clients, which is more advantageous than male designers. (3) Most of the design cases are discussed by women, and women and women communicate better. The male designers, on the contrary, tend to make the owners feel insecure and distance. Compared with male designers, they have more professional advantages. (4) Female designers have high professional loyalty and good job stability. Compared with male designers, they are more favored by employers and have the Competition ness of the workplace. The study concluded that female designers have good communication skills, are careful and attentive, have good stability, are meticulous in their works, have a sense of beauty, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
