Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 室內設計研究所 === 106 === Currently the store design graphics of international apparel brands are edited and designed by foreign design companies. Design specifications, material construction details, and labeling instructions are all written in global language: English. Therefore, when a international apparel brand launches it''s branch in various countries, for example, when they want to launches it''s branch in Taiwan, the integration of design drawings often has problems. Therefore, the local design company or interior remodeling company that undertakes the interior design works of these international apparel brands often needs to plan the process of design implementation again. This process is to re-edit the design drawing of the foreign design company, by using local languages, local materials and practices, etc. Ways to re-interpret the foreign designs, and map them into specifications and design drawings that local construction companies can understand. This research not only discussing the standard of design drawings and design specifications at the local store’s construction interface and integration process, but also discussed the marketing strategies, business models and the spirit that the international apparel brands wants to show. And also to understand the brand''s store space in other countries, whether will they change their design according to local characteristics. The results of this study indicate that the considerations for the integration of pre- and post-operations in design and engineering are inseparable from the following four levels: (1) Budget control. (2). Time is on time. (3). The drawing can be constructed. (4). The material meets the design specifications. Finally, through this summarizing and organizing our research, we hope to have a deeper understanding of the integration of design and construction drawings for those who are engaged in international apparel brand‘s commercial space design and interior remodeling.
