Many people with hearing loss have not received services due to policy, mobility, or environmental constraints. Hearing loss makes it extremely difficult for people to receive and communicate in spoken language, and it affects their communication and exchanges with others, making interpersonal relationships and adapting to society difficult. This study hopes to improve the quality of life of people with hearing loss by learning their satisfaction with social support. A total of 170 questionnaires were issued for the questionnaire survey on people with hearing loss, and 152 valid questionnaires were collected, representing a response rate of 89.41%. The research hypotheses were then validated. Research results show that different background variables had significantly different sources of social support, degrees of social support, and quality of life. Degree of social support had a significant influence on quality of life. sources of social support, had a significant influence on degrees of social support.
