Popular scientific education can be learned by Internet, exhibitions, competitions, books and so on. In recent years, augmented reality (AR) is a widely used application to acquire knowledge in many fields owing to its convenience and accessibility. Augment reality are applied in a great number of domains, like mobile games, guiding system, digital leaning, not only arising entertainment but also creating more possibility. We developed a set of leaning card of human organ on the basis of scientific popular education, combining augment reality technology which includes game engine, three-dimensional model and two-dimensional art design. The study based on ARCS motivation model and integrated digital game-based learning supported with augment reality. The learning card used in this study combined virtual objects and real environment to achieve the interaction of different multi-media, which made learning more attractive and efficient. The results showed the combination of popular scientific education and technology can present a unique visual effect, arouse learners’ motivation and allow learners to enjoy the happiness of learning.
