Description
Summary:碩士 === 健行科技大學 === 土木工程系空間資訊與防災科技碩士班 === 106 === The stone industry has been in Taiwan for many years and stone construction plays an important role in the construction industry. Therefore stone construction quality needs to be further improved. In this study, Six Sigma Management methodology – DMAIC was used to improve stone paving process and tried to find out the key variables of this process. The results of this study showed that the key factors affecting the stone laying process with five points, such as (1) measurement accuracy (2) placement accuracy (3) adhesion (4) flatness (5) durability. It was also found that the highest number of risk priority values is the process of “floor elevation and drain direction and slope”. Therefore, this process is designated as a high-risk process. The results of this study provide suggestions on construction quality improvement for future builders. The evidence shows that Six Sigma management provides more confidence for builders and supervisors on the construction process and more satisfaction for customers.
