Technology pushes the era moving forward and people can only keep up with the trend. For example, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things have changed everyone's daily life, and because changes in habits cause rapid changes in the customer market, companies must constantly adjust and adapt. Only then, companies can make more rapid change to face the changes. In order to achieve stable or higher benefits, this study learned from the circular smiling curve that the main value creation comes from the cycle of R&D, production, marketing, and innovation. Companies must create the second curve through this cycle, then the sustainable development would be possible. Because environmental changes lead to business operation problems, companies need to transform to solve the problems. However, there are few successful changes in the world. When there is no clear set of change management methods, most of the changes will encounter problems, such as taking more time than expected so that employee has low morale to work for it. Many organizations are reluctant to try necessary change because they fear they can't successfully drive it. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a systematic change management method for companies to follow. In this study, a qualitative research method was adopted to form a preliminary theoretical model through semi-structured interviews and analysis, and then correlated with relevant literature. By using the interaction of divergence and convergence thinking in innovation, and people-centered design thinking, melting with lean thinking, this research has developed a systematic lean organizational change management methodology. It is hoped that through the study of this paper, enterprise can follow the method to develop more efficient organization and even an open organization. LIN, JUSTIN J.
