Although it has not yet become the main force in the development of the financial industry, its impact should not be underestimated. Companies should respond positively to avoid missing development opportunities. In the face of the rise of insurance technology and the changes in sales channels, life insurance salesmen’s must be able to cooperate with the current situation to create new products and services, so innovation is indispensable. This study explored the relationships among empathy, job involvement and innovative behavior of life insurance salesmen,and job involvement as a mediator to research the mediated effect on the relationship between empathy and innovative behavior. The questionnaires participants were based on the life insurance salesmen in Changhua and Taichung . In this study, 168 questionnaires were sent, and a total of 168 valid questionnaires, a return rate of 100%, the rate of valid samples were 100%. This study was used SPSS statistical software for data analysis. The methods of the data analysis include : descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, earson correlation analysis, regression analysis, and segment regression analysis. According to the data analysis, the conclusions were proposed as follows: 1. There was positive influenced of empathy on innovative behavior, the hypothesis was partially accepted. 2. There was positive influenced of empathy on job involvement, the hypothesis was accepted. 3. There was positive influenced of job involvement on innovation behavior, the hypothesis was accepted. 4.Job involvement has mediated effect on the relationship between empathy and innovative behavior, the hypothesis was accepted.
