碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 106 === The study aimed to explore the relationship among body image and interpersonal relationships and exercise behavior of teenager , and also to investigate the differences of background variables. The samples were the first to third grade of public and private junior high School students in Taichung. A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed and 594 valid questionnaires were returned with a response rate of 99.3%. After testing by SPSS, Independent-Samples t Test, One way ANOVA and Multiple regression. The findings of the study are as following: The descriptive statistics of the majority of men is 57.6% . Most teenagers in BMI are normal. The main distribution of personality traits is Agreeableness. The main distribution of parental attitudes is democratic and open-minded. The results indicate that there were significant differences among gender, BMI, personality traits of the study subjects and parental attitudes in body image and interpersonal relationships, while grades, parental education, and parental occupations were not significant differences among body image and interpersonal relationships among teenager. Teenager’s body image was significantly related to interpersonal relationships. The exercise behavior of teengers were significant differences among body image and interpersonal relationships. Finally, based on the results of this study, offer practical policies and suggestions.
