The study has chef background, Through a literature search and analysis of relevant papers research on creative cuisine. Most of paper founded always explore the overall customer satisfaction, loyalty themed restaurant or culinary school education. As a few papers studied in development of chefs in creative cuisine. A dish created by chefs must come through influenced by many factors, modifications, production to selling. There is one of motivation for analyzed consumers of creative cuisine design by chefs. The literature collected, catering categories contented, implications of the establishment of definitions by Delphi method distributed to catering specialist expert validity Construction.
