In recent facts that in Mongolia, every 3 of 10 children are living with too poor condition. Those children are need to government carefulness. But, today only government cannot achieving to those who need to help. There is need to more help to companies support. It is the only one reason that I need to choose this topic. The social responsible is the new thing in Mongolian companies. After the revolution companies are just under developing 20 years. Mongolian therefore, i want to know company socially responsibilities activities. I thought not too many companies has been developing social responsibility. The social responsibility is can not be measured but its adaptive. In my thesis I try on measuring Gobi company’s social responsibility. I used 7 principles (Good salary and promotion system, Anti-force labor, Environmental footprint, Recycling garbage, Training to reduce footprint) that can measure social responsibilities. As for the results Gobi company’s anti-force labor and salary and promotion system is not high evaluated.
