The teacher in the kindergarten plays an important role in the early childhood education. It's important to find the best candidates from the teacher's examination, but more importantly to find the suitable teacher. Recruit the one with enthusiasm and the work ethic towards the position, then increase the positive attitude towards the work in order to bring better future for the early childhood education. This research is a study of how job-involvment differs when teachers are examined through Person-Job Fit and tasks. The participants of this research are present teachers who teach in the public and private kindergarten( including caregivers) who were given convenience sampling through mail or delivered in person. A total of 310 copies were sent and the overall recovery ratio of the questionnaire was 295 copies. The Effective questionnaires were at 95 percent. The information was analyzed with Descriptive Statistic Analysis, T-Test, one-factor Difference Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Validity Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis and Regression Analysis. The results show: Research conclusion: 1. Group 1: Kindergarten teachers as a whole- Person-Job Fit had positive effect on the Job-Involvement. 2. Group 2: Kindergarten teachers and caregivers given the same duties: Person-Job Fit showed difference in the Job-Involvement.
