However, not everyone accepts the convenience and services from technology. Therefore, this study will combine Institutional Theory with Technology Acceptance Model 3 to explore the motivation and reasons for users’ continuance intentions on 3C products. This study collected samples in paper and online questionnaires. After deleting invalid questionnaires, 476 valid questionnaires are analyzed. The results of the study showed that: 1. Normative isomorphism, coercive isomorphism and mimetic isomorphism have positive effects on perceived usefulness , and mimetic isomorphism has higher influence than the other two. 2. Experience does not interfere the relationships between perceptual usefulness and normative isomorphism, coercive isomorphism and mimetic isomorphism. 3. Computer self-efficacy, computer playfulness, perceived enjoyment and objective usability have positive effects on perceived ease-of-use, and the computer self-efficacy has higher influence. 4. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease-of-use have positive effects on the behavioral intention. Key Words : Institutional Theory , Technology Acceptance Model 3, behavioral intention, continuance intention LEE, DE-CHIH 李德治 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW |
