Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 106 === A Study of the Relationships among Lying Motivation, Lying Behavior and Interpersonal Relationship of Elementary School Students Student: Lan-Ying Chiu Advisor: Prof. Fu-Yuan Hong Da-Yeh University The main purposes of this study were to explore the relationships among elementary school students’ lying motivation, lying behavior and interpersonal relationship. The study was conducted through the Survey techniques and participators were 421 students from Hualien County and New Taipei City. The data are analyzed with descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, Pearson’s correlation and hierarchical regression analysis. The study results as follows: (a) The mean score of interpersonal relationship was higher than lying motivation and lying behavior. (b)There were some significant differences of lying motivation, lying behavior and interpersonal relationship between students’ background variables. (c) There were significantly relationships among lying motivation, lying behavior and interpersonal relationship. (d) Background variable and lying motivation can significantly predict the lying behavior. (e) Background variable, lying motivation and lying behavior can significantly predict the interpersonal relationship. This study will base on the findings of the survey to provide the parents and educators as well as future researchers as a reference.
