The length of the racket line and the stringing friction force were automatically estimated according to the angular position of the racket line on the racket frame. The required tension of each line was calculated to string the racket, so that each area of the racket after stringing has the same hitting tension. The range of the sweet spot can be expanded to give the swinger a feeling of comfort, less vibration, ball control and a solid shot. The dsPIC33EP512MU814 microcontroller was the core to integrate the DC brushless motor drive circuit, the pull sensing circuit and the CAP1114 capacitive touch human interface. The MPLABX software platform was used to develop the DSP microcontroller program in C language. The ICD 3 debug/programmer was used for soft and hardware simulation. The developed system achieved intelligent racket stringing and full digitization design. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by actual soft and hard experiments.
