Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 106 === School volunteers to work without any payment has been performing for many years.Why do some of them resign after participating in school voluntary service for a period of time?The resignation of volunteers is the loss of school after been worked for years.Why does the volunteer worker quit their job after their service is an important issue that the study tries to find out? The prior researches most focus on the volunteer motivation and background variables whereas the willingness to stay and serve for school is still inadequate.Accordingly,the study adopts the supervision mechanism as one of the research factors.It tries to refer a well strategy to keep volunteer workers willing to stay and serve for school. The questionnaire method was adopted in which the study subjects of primary school volunteers in Kaohsiung City. This study focus on how supervision , training and motivation mechanism affects school volunteers' willing to stay.There were 418 valid pieces collected. The data were analyzed through regression analysis. The results of the study show that supervision, training and motivation mechanism significantly influenced volunteers' willing to stay. The result of the study comes out with some suggestions may submit to school as well and useful strategy to keep volunteer worker which willing to stay.
