Teacher work is a high-intense emotional workload, both laborious and brain-racking. In teaching work, teachers tend to hide or disguise their emotions in order to cater for the work that has been delivered, which causes more work load, resulting in job stress and job burnout. This is a topic worthy of discussion. This research framework and hypothesis were formulated on the foundation of relevant literature. A questionnaire was designed and developed, and was adopted to survey junior high school teachers. A questionnaire based on the operational definition of variables. A total of 203 pieces of questionnaires were collected and analyzed by mean of statistical software SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24.0. It is found that junior high school teachers have significant differences between job stress and job burnout, and that teachers’ emotional labor has a significant positive effect on job stress, job stress has a positive effect on job burnout, while emotional labor services has a significant negative effect on job burnout. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, management mplications are proposed, with research restrictions explained and follow-up studies recommended.
