The spread of innovation in AI around the world has brought not only new technologies but new productivity and new wealth. National leaders and workers of business operators must adopt innovative thinking to meet the new trend of artificial intelligence. The cultivation of emerging talents for artificial intelligence in Taiwan depends on how Taiwan’s industry is transformed and developed. This study considers AI talent as an organization’s core competitiveness from a strategic human resource management perspective, disseminates innovation, and achieves high performance. The two approaches of the system serve as a theoretical analysis framework to discuss how companies can use tactical perspectives to position and retain AI talent. Research Tools Purchasing Interviews Research Institutions Automation Centers, Software Company Human Resources Supervisors, Founders of High-tech Talents Mediation Network, Manufacturing AI Project Planning Directors, and AI Field Researchers of Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. This study found that in the rapid dissemination of artificial intelligence and new technologies The high-tech industry changed its organizational strategy, introduced innovative management thinking into enterprise development and AI talent management, created an innovative cultural organization from the perspective of innovation management, and then took human resources management measures to achieve business goals. Taking hardware into consideration for software development, it brings out a large-scale software innovation ecosystem. At the same time, the national policy will keep pace with the international AI, creating an innovative AI industry settlement, and it will also be able to accept AI talents. This article hopes to sum up the strategies for talent retention in the country, industry, and enterprise from the empirical analysis, and hopes that Taiwan can grasp the best opportunities in the fight for AI talents.
