The governments of all countries have promoted the re-use of "historical sites" and "historical buildings", which are cultural assets with the nature of buildings. Although, the positive value is worthy of recognition, the development from the preservation of monuments to the activation and reuse of vacant space has so far been deservingly affirmed. However, it is worrying whether it will promote the development of buildings or not because of its emphasis on the preservation, maintenance of buildings and the lack of assessment of the future. Reference mode of operation, lack of funds and experience, the government and civil can`t reach consensus and other conditions, resulting in unnecessary wear and tear. Therefore, this thesis hopes to find out the successful operation and deficiency in the operation of the company by analyzing the case and the difficulties and opportunities in the future. In the role of a researcher, we can sum up the foundations of "re-use management," while actively promoting the development of "re-use," so we can continue to exist through effective and definite "manage-ment" so as to preserve their " Become a place with educational functions.” This research will adopt the methods of "literature analysis" and "case investigation."
