碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學系 === 106 === When the national military units purchase the materials needed for the production of materials, the focus is mostly on the quality, quantity and timeliness of the procurement items. There is no in-depth study on the lack of procurement and the improvement of operations. More and more difficult, the defense research and development funding is increasingly tightening. In the future, personnel will be downsized with the implementation of the Ministry of Defense's succinct case. This study hopes to review the internal bidding operations of the unit on the existing human resources and the PDCA improvement method without increasing the number of procurement units (such as missing appearances, number of tenders, etc. ), in order to reduce the occurrence of missing patterns, improve procurement efficiency, and as a reference for the future procurement procurement bidding.
