In this study we find out the problem of Japan, America, Korea, and German. We find out that many countries are facing insufficient of labour force and funds. After the interview with expert, this study is based on Osterwalder & Pigneur’s business model, and find out the problem of long-term care in Taiwan. The result shows that Taiwan’s long-term care model is built on localization, combined with the community to get different kinds of helps.
