The outline, while the research object selects the company number of Taiwan's R&D intensive and traditional manufacturing, discusses its attitude towards trade secrets and the practice of implementing the trade secret system within the company; conducting multiple case studies in an interview Through the four high-level managers of different types and sizes of companies as interviewees, to understand the company's real construction methods and possible conditions, and then to study the main points of the five major aspects of the study, to examine its theoretical and practical operations. The difference is also observed in the research enterprise due to factors such as industry type, scale, company policy, investment resources, etc., and there are different trade secrets.
