As smartphones and network become popular and technology are ever-changing, they push the development of mobile payment which is not only an emerging tool of payment but the innovative development of financial technology. Mobile payment is a combination of mobile devices and payment tools. However, the cash flow is still established on the traditional mode of payment. No matter it is bound to credit cards or connects to the account, they all need to pay by the traditional systems of banks. Traditionally, payment services are provides by financial institutions. Under the trend of financial technology, many non-financial institutions devote to the market of payment and provide payment services one after another. Based on the development of mobile payment, besides financial industry, telecom industry and the third-party payment traders positively devote to the market of mobile payment. This text regards the mobile payment as the core. As the arrangement of the structure, the first half is about the application of mobile payment. First of all, I will discuss the definition of mobile payment, techniques and development mode and list Kenya, Denmark, China and America whose situations of development on mobile payment. The readers can find the reasons and application mode of mobile payment from each country. The last half is about discussion on the laws of mobile payment, analysis of supervision abroad and inspection of current regulations in Taiwan. By researching the standards of emerging payment abroad, it can provide suggestions to us on relative regulations through enlightening by the experiences of development and laws abroad. The financial inspections in our country are densely serious. When the industry changes rapidly, if the regulations are unable to get with it, it will easily be confined to the development and innovation of industry. Putting regulatory sandbox into practice allows financial technology to do innovative experiments under low-dense control. It not only gives dealers the innovative space to develop. Also, government can revise the regulations according to the results of innovative trails. At the same time, it can reach effective management and also innovative development of finance.
