So, In order to find PuLi groundwater budget and simulation error this study site investigation and employed MODFLOW, a 3-dimensional groundwater model, to simulate the groundwater budget and parmeter estimate .Based on simulated water balance. This study use seepage meter and mini piezometer in the Nangang River and Mei Xi River, to measure river conductivity 5m/day; use ring infiltrometer at water bamboo field, to measure conductivity 0.0017m/day. Site meter of water at water bamboo field, to measure field needed discharge. 2009~2014 years groundwater budget result. Total out of groundwater aquifer 35 millions CMD(4.13 CMS), spring overall flow of 34%; pumping well overall flow of 38%; storage flow overall flow of 18%; groundwater exfiltration in the river overall flow of 9%; boundary flow overall flow of 1%. Total recharge in groundwater aquifer 35 millions CMD(4.13 CMS),river recharge accounts for about 28%;water bamboo field recharge accounts for about 14%; storage flow recharge accounts for about 19%; rain recharge accounts for about 26%; boundary recharge accounts for about 12%. Focus source of simulation error, the rain recharge setting into the model using the percentage value of rainfall depth and do not qualify as infiltration physics in hydrological phenomena; The setting of river package and boundary package is given a known head height. When the pumping rate increases, hydrology head will not decrease, so the amount of replenishment will be overestimated.
