In this thesis used a copper tube of 1 mm diameter as cathode which has central through to passing electrolyte. The cathode copper tube surface is covered with an insulating layer to limit the stray current keeping geometry accuracy on workpiece. Making rotate the electrode to increase the product discharge speed. Experimental design four kind electrode tip taper to machining workpieces is made of Inconel 718. Discuss the influence of tip change on feed rate and machining stability. Depend on Faraday's law the quality of electrolyte is proportion on passing quantity. When the taper is larger, it means that the conductive area and the material removal rate ( MRR ) increases. Therefore, this paper hopes to improve the electrochemical machining by taper. The experimental results show the taper that the maximum feed rate is 20 mm/min of 80 degrees and depth of 5 mm. In the same conditions, taper 0 degrees maximum feed rate is 1.6 mm/min. Compared with 0 degree using taper could improve MRR up to 25%. To verify the results, Electrochemical Drilling with a depth of 100mm and a feed of 1.667 mm/min. Measure average five points the length of the workpiece profile.
