On the one hand, it will be a rule which could be followed by valuation operators. On the other hand, it could tighten up quality of valuation. The operation process, way and standard of real estate valuation about T bank will be took as examples in this study. There is a lot of factors may affect the valuation. Such as, Economy, renewal of real estate valuation system and build of Actual Price Registration Service. During this research period, I have found the process of valuation which was improved can promote the quality of valuation procedure greatly. For example, resource sharing, the reference, efficiency and justified price of valuation information etc.. These all provide banks a sound valuation system and reduce uncertainty about operation.
