An accountant also needs to comply with various regulations of the authority to perform audits and verification to protect public interest as well as the rights and interests of investors. Therefore, the knowledge of the accounting professionals is extremely important in the operation of the Sub-Replacement Fertility firm. The purpose of this study is to understand that the accounting industry that is facing the phenomenon of low birthrate, high employee turnover, and the deteriorating quality of professionalism. As a result, the difficulty of acquiring talents has increased, and shortages in supply and demand of manpower have had a considerable impact on accounting firms. For the purpose of this survey, the employees of the accounting firm will be selected as the survey objects for the questionnaire. The statistical results of the survey will be used to understand the current employees who work in accounting to see what are the important considering factors to join an accounting firm. Furthermore, the survey will help determining the priority and the provisional plan for the employer to set up employee retention strategy in addition to attracting talents, increasing corporate value and competitiveness, and achieving sustainable development.
