| Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 管理學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to study the triathlon training service, which is a combination of swimming, cycling, and running. The contestants must possess excellent physical fitness and strong willpower. However, these are actually engaged in formal training. In addition to general sports academies or related educational institutions, most of them are social groups formed by the people. They gather because of goodwill. There are few formal model training execution units. Currently, they are for triathlon training courses and players.
There are fewer researches on interactive methods. I hope that this study will explore the triathlon education and training courses, provide the exclusive service quality to bring the exact needs of contestants, and enhance the players' ability to participate in events. The scope of the study is for the participants of the Dongfeng Ironman Training Center in Yilan County; therefore, this study explores the service quality of Triathlon training and uses the Kano model and Refined Kano model to analyze the Dongfeng Ironman training center. Classes, through the IS model, examine the various quality factors that fall into the four regions and find out the factors that the participating trainers, training groups, and school associations consider for the quality of triathlon training services. It is hoped that the results of the study will provide Dongfeng Tierren Training Center as the basis for improvement of service quality improvement.
The results of the study show that the training services provided by the training center can effectively improve training effectiveness. However, it is also necessary to compare and analyze the needs of trainees and provide them in a timely manner in order to continue to operate the training center and gradually increase the training results.
