碩士 === 佛光大學 === 資訊應用學系 === 106 === Due to the rapid advancement of digital media such as the Internet, multimedia, and mobile devices, E-learning and Mobile learning bring many changes and help. Taiwan is located in an important strategic position, and cross-strait relations have yet to move toward a truly peaceful state. All-Out Defense is still an important issue that cannot be ignored. In order to ensure national security, we have to implement All-Out Defense for all people, starting with the basic concept of education, strengthening the awareness of the enemy and the war preparations. The purpose of this study is to integrate digital and mobile learning into All-Out Defense Education. We will give some examples of different teaching and learning methods, and compare their respective characteristics. The experiment in this study will implement three kinds of teaching and learning tools or systems, which are Microsoft PowerPoint files, web pages, and mobile applications. Teachers and students will try to use these tools. Finally, we use interview method to analysis the advantages and disadvantages, the results can be used as a reference for the future use of digital and mobile learning.
