I believe the works represent the primary love of the Mother. With Klein’s theory in mind, I infer that the yellow pumpkin, good breast, means the good mother. On the other hand, the red one is the bad mother which will punish the baby and dissatisfy the baby’s need. From this assumption on, my study meets dynamic psychology. I picture myself as an appreciative therapist on the way. Chapter two begins in describing how and what the in-patients do in the wards, without a proper new year family-reunion feast. The hospital literally becomes their home. It seems that they live in their own hollow darkness. Chapter three: Unable to narrate their own stories is common among patients due to their illness. As an intern-therapist, does this role ever pay attention to the patients’ subjectivities? Do we know their attitudes about medication? The compliance to the medical treatment depends on the will power of patients. Chapter four: Could it be possible that the patients identify their own mental illness? Try to find a comfortable place along with the symptoms. There is no need to stigmatize the mental illness. From the different viewpoints of talking about the patients’ subjectivities, I have tried to find out the stereotype image between patients and the medical workers. This causes them unable to cooperate in the medication system. Chapter five: Talking about metaphysics of death and existence. Do these conceptions have meaning to the mental illness sufferers? Suicide, die in freedom, the exact meaning of surviving are the unavoidable issues in the wards. Chapter six: Can any authority issue the “normal individual” license for trans-gender persons? What is the nature of being an embodied human? Talking about the very basic problem of self-disorder. Chapter seven: When patients are not able to express themselves fluently, the “acting out” becomes the only means for this expression. Final chapter: What is the nature of “psycho-therapy” that I have learned during these internship years? Forgiveness and reconciliation could be the way out for all the hatred and unwillingness of patients as well as therapists. Wen-Li Soong 宋文里 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 124 zh-TW |
