It has been found that current bedding manufacturing process could be simplified by customization which includes the aspects of process, proofing and image mapping. Current difficulty of customization is color saturation. If this issue can be handled well, it will be able to move toward the goal of customization. In this customized study, it has been proved that image printed on the fabric with higher density of warp and weft will be performed in more saturated color. From the aspect of the image, the color scale distribution will affect the fineness of priting. It has been considered that color scale distributed more uniformed, the image will be printed out with more saturated, which is more suitable to be performed in customized digital output. Conversely, the performance of image with nonuniformed color will be printed on the fabric with unfineness results. This study also compared the process between digital printing and traditional printing, it also been proved that the digital priting with the environmentally-friendly ink can accelerate the workflow. Apart from that, upload the image from customer’s mobile phone and simplify process of product delivery innovatively can improve the customer satisfaction. This study discovered more feasibility of the bedding customization.
