In addition to strengthening hardware upgrades, how the leadership style of management can enhance employee performance and enhance the human quality of hotel staff has become the focus of industry. In the past, the research on the hotel industry employees focused on the discussion of a single leadership style. It is rare to use multiple leadership styles and adaptability perspectives with employees and the environment to explore the impact on employee behavior. Therefore, this study aims to explore the mediating effect of leadership and member exchange associated with leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior, and the moderating effect of personal-organizational among the proposed model. This study adopted a convenient sampling method. The full-time employees who had worked for more than six months were recruited in the study. A total of 225 questionnaires were distributed to the tourist hotels and 199 valid questionnaires were returned. The results of the study show that leadership styles (i.e. transformation leadership and transactional leadership) have a significant positive impact on leadership and leader-member exchange; leadership styles (transformation leadership, transaction) and leader-member exchange relationship has a significantly positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; There is a significant positive correlation between organizational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior; personal organizational fit can have an moderating effect between leadership and member exchange relationships and organizational citizenship behavior.
