Educational income is less than before especially in private school because of The Trend of Fewer Children. In the one hand, this study uses try to gain the support from government; on the other hand, alumni donation will be the one solution that we could choose.
In this thesis, one significant private school in Taiwan will be a case study. It analyzes the research data which is from the database of this private school. Donation amount, donation purpose and donation information will be the research items. The goal of this thesis is that to develop the useful strategy for fundraising. This study is going to use CHAID and CRT to find the better classification for donors modal. Finally, this thesis that will provide the valuable and useful method for all schools to be their solution. In variety financial environment, only have enough funding, do more in our educational developing.
