Continuing with the analysis of Millennials, to understand better the importance of adapting management to new generations. The research finds out if practice mindfulness and leadership literally may a successful effect to manage nowadays or not. To provide an answer to this end, it is important to understand the concepts of mindfulness and leadership; it has been analyzed in different ways. Firstly, exploring the definitions and relationship between ethics of mindfulness and leadership, and the concern from Millennials through those concepts. Continuing with the analysis of the incremental popularity of this concept, analyzing especially Millennial generation. From thereon, the present paper methodology used, establishing the primary purpose alongside the interviews to be studied and the corresponding analysis of the answers collected.
