The first level operating employees of international tourist hotels have been on the high turnover rate for a long time; the use of part-time workers can increase the flexibility of the company's manpower scheduling. The study investigated a hotel that has experience in using a large number of part-time workers to analyze the issues faced by management in operating procedures, illustrate whether we can use information management to improve the inconvenience and time consuming of manual operations, and propose improvement plans for the research subject. This research is a R&D case of human resource information systems in the hotel industry. It explores the use of low-cost QR Code sensing methods with information management systems to replace expensive RF cards and complex manual workflows. Through the results of this study, it is possible to provide the hotel industry a reference framework, to apply QR Code method to manage part-time workers, including the evaluation, implementation, and post-implementation analysis of cost-benefit.
