碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士在職專班 === 106 === The research aims to study the relation between participation motivation and obstacle factors of secondary school team baseball players in Taoyuan. Besides, the research also compares the differences in background variables, expecting to acquire relative information for reference with respect to baseball management in the future. This reseach adopted questionnaire survey method, taking secondary school baseball players in Taoyuan as a reseach subject. This reseach includes 342 copies of valid questionnaire, valid ratio of questionnaires is 97.71%, applying descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of reliability, one-way anova.The research is concluded as the following:一、background variables：6 independent variables─ gender, grade, seniority of baseball school team in junior high school, training hours, class attribute, frequency of wathing baseball games in every season; 4 dependent variables─ exercise pleasure, achievement satisfaction, exercise development,interpersonal interaction; 5 obstacle factors─ avoidance factor, exterior factor, academic factor, interior factor, and ability factor.二、Representative players with different backgraounds have significant differences in particpation motivation and obstacle factors.三、Representative Players of Taoyuan secondary school team baseball with different background variables have significant differences in obstacle factors.
