It is found sports coaches have different short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for cross-border development ,that the cross-border development of sports coaches is employment strategy, and the sports coaches are more likely to obtain cross-border development through interpersonal network. The Taiwan taekwondo coach will carry out the next strategy with partnership or sole proprietorship. The strength of the coach’s personal ability is different from the environmental advantage, and the strategy used is different. For the regional population and the policy of benefiting Taiwan, Taiwan’s Taekwondo coach’s professional advantage can adopt a sole proprietorship strategy. For the market chaos in the region and the different ways of teaching management, Taiwan’s Taekwondo coaching professional advantage can adopt a partnership strategy. For market opportunities with a large population and a policy of benefiting Taiwan, Taiwan’s Taekwondo coaches can adopt employment strategies if they are more traditional in teaching. For the messy and management methods in the mainland market, Taiwan’s Taekwondo coaches can adopt short-term employment strategies if they are more traditional in teaching. Development of Taiwanese taekwondo coaches to mainland adopt employment strategy and partnership strategy is effective.
