In the past, existing telecom service providers such as Chunghwa Telecom, Taiwan Mobile, and Far EasTone Telecom have all been deeply involved in network applications in the 3G era, and the market has already formed a three-strong trend. In addition, two companies Taiwan-Star Telecom and Asia-Pacific Telecom joined the competition along with the opening of the 4G license. This made Taiwan's already turbulent competition in the telecommunications industry market even more intense. This study will use a new T company in the telecommunications industry as a case study. Analyze such a severe market competition environment in Taiwan. How should the new entrants respond to their competition strategy? Based on the results of the analysis, it serves as a reference for providing strategies for new entrants to formulate strategies. The period can be used to create and improve the service output value to achieve the undefeated and continuous growth of the industry's business goals.
