It is mainly used for antipyretic and analgesic be purchased easily without the prescription, therefore, is easy to obtain. In the unused part, because they may freely dispose into the environment. In this study, TiO2/UV was used to degrade Acetaminophen in water. And by changing the TiO2 dose, reaction temperature and pH value to explore the reaction kinetics and degradation efficiency. From the background experiment, it was found that there was no degradation effect on the acetaminophen in natural conditions, and there was no degradation effect when UV alone or TiO2 was added alone. Under UV irradiation, if the addition amount of TiO2 is increased, the degradation effect of acetaminophen will also increase. At the same TiO2 dose (60mg), the reaction temperature (set at 15, 25 and35℃, and the pseudo-first oder reaction rate constamts. were 0.02156 min-1, 0.02551 min-1 and 0.02780 min-1, respectively. The activation energy (Ea) of the reaction was calculated from the Arrhenius equation to be 2247.5 cal/mole. The relative errors of the kinetic rate constants of pseudo-first order reaction between estimated and obtained values are less than 10%. In addition, the reaction rate constant estimated by the activation energy at each temperature is quite similar to experimental observations. DING,JIAN-YUAN 丁健原 2018 學位論文 ; thesis 41 zh-TW
