However, due to the phenomenon of low birthrate, the family members of sick children are more concerned with the quality of nursing care. How to make family members of sick children feel deeply by providing caring behavior, and to improve the quality of pediatric nursing. Purpose: To understand the correlation between caring performance of pediatric nurses and the behavioral feelings of caring for the family members of the sick children and the satisfaction of the nursing quality service. Methodology: A cross-sectional study design, and a purposive sampling technique were applied. Select the pediatric teaching hospital nursing staff of a medical center in southern Taiwan and the families of sick children stay unit of the pediatric ward for the study. Received 180 participants respectively. The questionnaire includes basic information of pediatric nurses, basic information of family members of sick children, caring behavior scale, caring behavior perceived scale and nursing quality service satisfaction scale. Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics are used for data analysis. Result: Nursing staff caring behavior focuses on projects ranked from highest to lowest respectively " patient advocacy", followed by "helping patient through the illness trajectory", and "knowing the patient". In terms of caregiving and behavioral perceived of the family members of the sick children, they focus on perceived that the items are ordered from high to low " knowing the patient ", followed by " patient advocacy " , and " helping patient through the illness trajectory ". Pediatric nurses and family members of sick children have significant differences in caring behavior(p<.01). The family members of sick children were highly positively correlated with the overall satisfaction of caring behavioral and nursing care service satisfaction. (r=.727,p<.01), It was confirmed that "the higher the scores of the family members of the sick children on caring behaviors, the higher the satisfaction of their care quality services". Conclusion and suggestion: The results of the study showed that there was a difference between caring behaviors of nurses and caring behaviors of sick children's families. It is proposed to arrange caring care series courses and holistic conference to share and discuss case experiences by medical staff. Through the mutual experience of each other and the care and use of knowledge, provide appropriate care needs and implement the concept of care and care for patients.
